Burnside Carbine Foil Cartridge Making Kit for Single-Use Rolled Brass, Aluminum Foil, Tinfoil Black Powder Cartridges

Produce your own historically inspired foil cartridges for your Civil War-era Burnside breech-loading carbine with this complete cartridge forming kit! The kit provides most of the tools needed to form brass foil or tin foil cartridge bodies to the proper shape and dimensions.

Made of 3D printed plastic, the kit includes:

• A cartridge rolling mandrel
• Foil cutting template
• Cartridge sizing die
• Cartridge mouth crimping die

The included template allows brass foil, tin foil, or similar materials to be cut to the correct pattern before being formed around the mandrel. The sizing die helps ensure correct external case dimensions, and the crimping die shapes the mouth of the case to the Burnside bullet.
