New! Split "clamshell" Paper Cartridge boxes for .36 caliber percussion revolvers based on those made by Colt Cartridge Works during the Civil War. These boxes fold in half like a clamshell using a cloth hinge and use a card stock label cover. Holds up to six paper cartridges, using either conical bullets or round balls with up to a 20-grain powder charge.
The split design makes cartridges easy to add or remove from the box, laying out the entire cartridges in a tray. The split boxes also generally hold cartridges more tightly.
They are made of 3D printed plastic with a reusable card sleeve and "vintage" label. Available individually or in packs of two for 20% off!
Perfect for 1851/61 Navy, Spiller & Burr, Remington 1858 Navy, Pocket Police, Griswold & Gunnison and other .36 black powder revolvers!
These go great with my .36 paper cartridge toolkits and my flask spout kit to make custom cartridges. These will last a long time as long as they are kept dry!
Box only, no cartridges included. Surley's Possibles does not sell firearms nor ammunition!
