New! Split "clamshell" Paper Cartridge boxes for .44 caliber percussion revolvers based on those made by Colt Cartridge Works during the Civil War. These boxes fold in half like a clamshell using a cloth hinge and use a card stock label cover. Holds up to six paper cartridges, using either conical bullets or round balls including for the large Dragoon or Walker. 

The split design makes cartridges easy to add or remove from the box, laying out the entire cartridges in a tray. The split boxes also generally hold cartridges more tightly.
